Hey guys! My name is Leah Boyd.
I am 24 years old, and I am a graduate student at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. I am pursuing a Master’s of Divinity degree in order to become a hospital chaplain, and I also feel called to travel the world and preach the gospel. I LOVE Jesus and am consistently seeking to grow in my relationship with Him and to learn more about who He is. I am devoted to the Great Commission and I firmly believe that it is our responsibility as Christians to show people the love of Christ in action while we are here on this earth. As Christians, we are responsible for seeking the well-being of others, for pursuing justice, and for teaching and educating people about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This blog will be about my personal walk with Jesus and will be filled with posts about what the Lord is teaching me – both about life in general and through my own personal struggles. My hope is to be transparent with you through the words I write in my posts so that you can see that I am a real person with real struggles just like you. My prayer is that this blog may be an encouragement to you and that it helps you grow closer to Christ, and more confident in the person that He has made you to be.
